I've tested RDPWrap (amended rdpwrap.ini) using Windows 10 Pro 32 bit and it funcntions correctly.
A reboot of the machine might be necessary. I don't know if Windows 10 Home natively ships with termsrv.dll but it should be owned by "trusted installer". Uninstall RDPWrap reinstall it using the install.bat from a "trusted installer" prompt. Re-install the original termsrv.dll and the necessary files. You are using RDP Wrapper so it is not necessary to use a patched termsrv.dll: RDP Wrapper dynamically patches the required code and policies in memory. Do not know the procedure for using RDP Wrapper with Windows 10 Home.
